1. Service Overview

Fridoumi ("the App") is an AI-powered fridge management and recipe recommendation application developed by YoonLab. By downloading or using Fridoumi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Subscription Service

Pricing

  • Pro Monthly — $3.99 / month
  • Pro Annual — $29.99 / year (save 37%)

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You will be charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. The charge is applied to the Apple ID on file at confirmation of purchase.

How to Cancel

Go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Fridoumi → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then.

Refunds

All purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

3. User Responsibilities

By using Fridoumi, you agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the App's operation or servers
  • Circumvent any security or access controls within the App

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Fridoumi does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or suitability of AI-recommended recipes
  • Users are solely responsible for managing food allergies, dietary restrictions, and health-related concerns
  • YoonLab is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of recipe suggestions
  • YoonLab's liability for service interruptions or data loss is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law

5. Intellectual Property

  • All app content, design, and code are the intellectual property of YoonLab
  • Data you enter into the App (your ingredients, custom recipes) remains your property
  • You grant YoonLab a limited license to process your data solely to provide the App's features

6. Changes and Termination

YoonLab reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be announced within the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. In the event of service termination, users will receive at least 30 days' notice.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
